One of 1787's main priorities is to be fiscally responsible — exhibiting transparency, leveraging assets, and exercising discipline.  The goal is to enhance the quality of life for every American by greatly improving federal programs and the way our government operates while, at the same time, significantly reducing our debt and closing the ever-widening gap of our deficit.

Without a doubt, we can make serious headway in our national funding crisis — full stop — if we:  stop wasting resources and get a bigger bang for our buck by taking a comprehensive approach.
