No new money is necessary — just a re-allocation of existing resources.*

Every 1787 policy will undergo extensive budget and economic analyses by independent experts to prove this promise to you.

*The only exception to this is the new family leave policy.  This will be funded through an additional payroll tax, with employers and employees each contributing 0.25 percent of wages.  However, even then, workers can opt-in or opt-out.  Read more here.
